These terms and conditions are provided by JP TOYS TOYMASTER (referred to as 'us', 'our' or 'we' in these terms) and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website.

We may revise the terms and conditions of the website at any time by updating this page, and any changes will be effective immediately. Therefore it is important that you take time to read the Terms & Conditions.  We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions When Placing an Order Online

By placing an order with JP TOYS TOYMASTER,  you agree that:

  • Any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete
  • You are the authorised holder of any credit/debit card you may use on the website
  • You will notify us immediately of any changes to any information you have submitted to the website
  • We may collect, store and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy
  • By clicking Confirm Order you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you are giving us permission to make a debit for this order
  • E-mails sent will be deemed as read; it is your responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and capable of receiving our e-mails
  •  You have read the below and accept these terms and conditions in relation to Pricing, Shipping and Delivery, Contract Cancellation, Returns and Refunds and Data Protection.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer has accepted when an order has been placed. Once an order is placed customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

This agreement together with the standard terms and conditions of the website constitutes the entire agreement between you and JP TOYS TOYMASTER with respect to the use of the website.

A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we dispatch your order. The order will not be accepted until we receive payment. Any errors regarding website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documentation or information issued by us may be subject to correction without any liability on our part.


We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, Mytoyshop is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in the shop. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time.

The price displayed at time of purchase is the price you will pay and will not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.

Returned items  will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase. Therefore items bought on a special offer will only be refunded at the special offer price.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the quick turnaround of orders we are typically unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it for payment. However if you contact our office on +353 1 2878564, our Customer Services team will be able to advise if the order has shipped and whether or not they can amend the order. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please be assured that we will assist you as in such circumstances as best we can.

Delivery Notification and Re-delivery

 If the Third Party Courier Service is unable to delivery your item, they will always leave a delivery notification docket for the customer This outlines all the information on how to collect the item(s). The customer can collect their item(s) from their local delivery units or they can arrange redelivery to the same or alternative address. 

Delivery Failure
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods less shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, we will require an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel.

Stock Outs
If any ordered goods are out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will refund in full any payment the customer has made for such goods. In such circumstances. we will contact you as soon as possible to see if we can offer a replacement or advise when the item is likely to be back in stock. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Delivery Timeframes

We use a third party courier service for our delivery. Typically, orders placed before 11.00AM will be delivered within 24 hours, to addresses in Ireland. However, we cannot be held responsible if a package does not reach its destination on time as it is the responsibility of a third party. Therefore we advise customers to place orders well in advance of birthdays and other special occasions to avoid disappointment


Next working day delivery and Free Shipping on orders over €50 excludes orders for large or bulky items or deliveries made to Northern Ireland. Large, bulky orders are typically items over 30kgs, however this is not an exact rule and some items may be classed as a large or bulky item even if they weigh less than 30kgs due to the product dimensions (ie. the length of the product falls outside that of a standard parcel). For deliveries of some large, bulky goods we may require someone present at the time of delivery to assist the driver. This will be stated when you add to your basket before you proceed to the checkout.

Please note, at certain peak times we may be unable to offer next working day delivery.

Cancelling your Contract
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract we will refund the original purchase price less the delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them. Please see below in relation to Returns and Refunds.

  •  All stock and prices are subject to availability.

  •  All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.

  •  Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed. will not issue any compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.

  •  The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed when you select the delivery method at the checkout. You can still choose to cancel the order at this stage. Parcels with a total weight of up to 20Kg will be delivered or you can collect at a MyToyshopstore. Parcels of over 20Kg will only be available for collection in store. Otherwise, please contact MyToyshopto arrange an alternative delivery method. 


  •  All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.

  •  According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given us express permission to do so.

  •  Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. JP TOYS TOYMASTER reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

  •  JP TOYS TOYMASTER reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.

  •  If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. The Company will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 •  Orders returned by the courier as not picked up will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then have to re-order the goods if they are still required.

  •  If an order is not received, you must contact MyToyshop within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

  •  MyToyshop cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, or any damage caused to your purchase once the package has been dispatched to the courier and a dispatch acknowledgement has been emailed to your specified email address.

  •  In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order, MyToyshop will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, MyToyshop will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and for their return postage.

  •  None of the above affect your statutory rights.

Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website.

We make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics contained on this website, or on any website to which it is linked.

We do not warrant that our website or any website to which it is linked or any relevant server are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications


On occasions when there is a genuine fault with an item customers should first notify us via email of the problem. We will advise of any common solutions in an effort to rectify the fault with minimum hassle. If this doesn't solve the problem customers should send the faulty product back to us along with a description of the problem being experienced. We will refund customers the cost of returning the faulty product and will dispatch a replacement item when ready free of charge. Customers please note that if a faulty product is part of a set, only the faulty item should be returned not the entire set.
If a replacement item is not in stock we will email customers to advise when a replacement will be available.


Under the European Distance Selling Directive customers have the right to cancel an order. Notification of a customers intention to cancel an order must be received by us, via email, phone or in writing, within 7 working days of the order being placed. All items must be returned in their original condition as supplied with all packaging, seals etc intact within 14 days of the order date. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred while returning items to us. Items which are not returned in the condition which they were dispatched will not be accepted for a refund. We recommend that customers use a form of postage with insurance to protect against any damage which may be caused during transit.


We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. We use Realex Payments to securely transmit your credit card information to Allied Irish Banks. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers. Realex Payments are a method of transmitting information between two secure servers. The server of our payment agent is certified secure.
